Residential Services

Decluttering

We will first remove any trash from the area so we are only working with items we can sort and deem as keepable or donations or dismissal. Once the area is completely cleared, we will go in and clean the site to prepare it for reinstatement of our final selections of keepable belongings. Think closet, bedroom, garage or kitchen.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN A DECLUTTERING SESSION?

What's included in a session? A free Facetime or phone consultation before our in-person session. Session start time starts upon arrival, process of elimination of items/paperwork is started, then the sorting of remaining items and once achievement has been reached, a light cleaning for preparation will be done before we reinstate the reduced and refreshed items. I will drop off the donation items complimentary (one full SUV trunk per session). Any paper items will be shredded by me complimentary. And trash will be put curbside unless arrangements are made for it to be hauled away. Book your 4 hour sessions $120.

 

Downsizing

We will start the process of decluttering with goal of procuring the right amount of keepables for a smaller space. Think of preparing to move from a house to an apartment or assisted living.

Transitioning

We will assess the current state and how to transition it into it's new purpose. Think of baby nursery to young child's room or pre-teen to teenage or even spare room into new home office for your new enterprise.

 

Legacy Services

Legacy Packing

We will work with you or your family to help make sure your loved one's items are handled with love and compassion.  We break down all picture frames and pack pictures into envelopes for you. We can add favorite clothing items and jewelry, anything of significance. 

 

Estate

The estate will be cleared out and cleaned so your family can have the house ready to rent, sell or move in.
